I'm Nick
and I'm a closeted gamer.
I don't mean I play COD on the weekends or have two hundred hours in Skyrim.
I play MTG (Magic the Gathering), the Pokemon TCG, D&D, and Top Secret just to name a few. I do this not so much in secret, but I'm certainly not open about it.
I was an athlete in High School and most of us were not all that kind to the kids who played Magic in the mornings before school, I was different though, every Friday the Games club met in one of the teachers rooms to play Magic and other card games, I played Magic every Friday and more often than not got my ass handed to me, but still I played on.
I fell in love with Magic and I'm sure the other guys and gals in the club got tired of my desire to play.
I played Dungeons and Dragons when I was younger with a few friends of mine. My dad was our DM (My father was a closeted gamer himself). The same goes with Top Secret which is basically secret agent D&D.
So this blog will chronicle my gaming, my collection, and how I deal with being a gamer.
That few people know games.
